Heat Treat
Our combination of heat treatment equipment and experienced foundry execute the precise process required for effective heat treat of our A356 aluminum castings.
CNC Machining
Alcast Company’s CNC Machine Shop offers comprehensive machining of aluminum castings, combining advanced CNC milling, turning, and specialized services like gear shaping and broaching.
Internal Services
Alcast Company’s permanent mold aluminum foundry contains several internal value added services such as trimming, shot basting, leak testing, and assembly.
X-Ray Inspection
The latest X-Ray technology is used to inspect the high quality aluminum casting and help develop casting process parameters using our large Bosello X-Ray inspection machine.
