His extensive career includes pivotal leadership positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Ameren, where he managed global financial teams and spearheaded performance improvement initiatives. As a former U.S. Navy Petty Officer in Cryptology, Josh’s diverse background in financial strategy, business process improvement, and operational leadership has been instrumental in steering Alcast toward sustained growth and innovation.
