Mike Rizner | VP Business Development
Mike Rizner is a strategic business and account leader with nearly three decades of experience in manufacturing, OEM account management, and growth-oriented commercial leadership. In his role as Vice President of Business Development at Alcast Company, Mike is responsible for expanding customer relationships, driving new business opportunities, and aligning Alcast’s advanced aluminum casting solutions with the needs of key industrial, transportation, and defense markets.
Alcast Company is a leading U.S.-based aluminum casting manufacturer operating a proprietary, industry-leading, permanent mold casting process that delivers precision, performance, and consistency across a wide range of applications. With more than 50 years of expertise, Alcast is a trusted partner to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers seeking high-integrity castings and full in-house machining solutions. 
Prior to joining Alcast Company, Mike served as a Key Account Manager at Waupaca Foundry, where he led strategic customer engagement and managed key OEM relationships with a focus on long-term program success and commercial performance. His responsibilities included driving account strategy, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service and collaborative problem-solving.
Before his tenure at Waupaca Foundry, Mike spent over two decades at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) in senior account management roles supporting major automotive OEMs. There, he developed an in-depth understanding of complex manufacturing programs, and the demands of high-volume production environments. Mike’s leadership in these roles helped strengthen customer partnerships and contributed to consistent operational performance across multiple product lines.
Mike is known for combining customer-centric leadership with a deep appreciation for manufacturing capabilities and commercial execution. His ability to bridge market insights with disciplined delivery enables him to identify growth opportunities and support Alcast’s mission of delivering innovative, precision castings that meet the evolving needs of global customers.
