New, Larger Balancer Installed in Machine Shop

This 3rd, and larger balancer is one of the latest additions to our aluminum foundry and machine shop to help fill the demand for larger permanent mold aluminum castings. Alcast Company has continued to see more of a demand for larger aluminum castings and we continue to invest in new equipment and machinery to meet the needs of our customers. Some of these castings are components of rotating assemblies; such as torque converters, fans, blowers, hubs, etc, and these components are required to be precisely balanced. Not only does this balancer allow us to balance larger castings, but it also adds to our capacity of all sized parts which helps keep our machine shop running smoothly and efficiently.
